I am SO excited about my Summer Tour print! I decided to do something a little different this year and teamed up with Zach Clark of National Monument Press and Chute Studio to make these rad Riso prints.

I was inspired by some of my favorite places to see Phish like the Gorge, Tahoe, and Dick’s and by 60s/70s psychedelic illustration, specifically Peter Max. Also, the cryptids may be foreshadowing for the show prints..

If you aren’t familiar with the Risograph, it is a semi-automated printing process that uses a machine similar looking to a photocopier. What makes it unique is that it prints one color at a time through a stencil, similar to screen printing, while utilizing a suit of proprietary soy and rice oil based inks. I chose this printing method specifically because it creates unique works despite being an automated process and produces the most beautiful textures.
